I would want to be the kind of person, people can look up to. Learn to understand my staff and their needs. Treat staff members with respect as I would like to be treated. Being a boss, does not mean I throw my weight around but a leader and someone people would want to follow. I want to be the kind of boss people can learn and benefit from by making a difference in the company but also the lives of those I work with. Being kind and thoughtful doesn’t mean I’m a weak leader, it just means I have balance.
